Raleigh, N.C. - Michael Capps, president of Epic Games, will be the keynote speaker for the first Triangle Game Conference.

The event, titled "Innovate or Die," is set for April 29-30 at the Raleigh Convention Center.

Under Capps' leadership, Cary-based Epic has produced multi-million copy selling hits "Gears of War," "Gears of War 2" and "Unreal Tournament" franchise titles.

The conference lineup also will include panel discussions in game technology, game design and production, serious games and advanced learning technologies, games and media, and the business of games.
